JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll of the Town of Hounsfield which will be filed on or before May 1, 2024. The information may be reviewed, by appointment, in the Assessors Office at 18774 Co. Rt. 66 on May 1, 8, & 15th between the hours of 9 AM and 1 PM and on May 18 between hours of 4 PM and 8 PM. JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law Revised by L 1970 ch 957) HEARING COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Hounsfield County of Jefferson, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has been left with the Town Clerk at 18774 Co. Rt. 66, Watertown, NY 13601, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein during the hours and date following Town Clerk regular hours M - Th. 8 30- 4 00, May 1-24th. On FIFTH WEDNESDAY OF MAY NEXT, The Board of Assessment Review will meet between the hours of 4-8 PM at 18774 Co.
